Rene Kroonsberg, 68 years, married, 2 sons both working in the graphic industry. Currently working as an independent consultant, Ener Consultancy, for the Graphic industry. After 47 years in the graphical industry in various functions, the last function was head of reproduction and post, at De Nederlandsche Bank, responsible for all graphical expressions of the Bank, European tendering of, 130 decentralized and central production printers, printing, pre-press work, relationship gifts etc.
In the context of customer focus for the Facility Management of the Bank (70 FTE) a training program in the context of customer focus is implemented and supervised. 2010 retired and started as an independent consultant working for the Graphic industry.
Work part-time at KPM for various projects, like a quality program set up and realized. KPM has now been certified for the third cycle but now for the new standard ISO 9001-2015. I also carry out quality control at the various printing plants where orders are housed.
